Water Heater Specialist took the time to explain the pro's and con's of a tank vs. tankless water system for our house. I really appreciated the technician's patience regarding all my questions. Glad I went with the tankless model.
The customer service was prompt and courteous. The service men were ahead of schedule and professional. I rated the them the way I did because I can still hear running water and I felt the price was high.
I told the owner of this company that I could purchase the same unit from Lowes for a specific price and he agreed to install the unit for a reasonable increase in price to me to have the work done that day. He did not install the unit we discussed and the technician was very uncomfortable about my asking him about it. Great job. They had a no service fee special waver. I had my toilet flower replace and flapper. They charge 243.00. I thought that was rather high but since he was there I said OK. He did a wonderful job with the toilet.
I hired them because the price I was first quoted by Ben Franklin Plumbing was $240, when the actual plumber called to verify the appointment his quote was $500! So, I cancelled the job. They were however polite on the phone and within the time-frame they set.
