Nearly $500 to indtall a kitchen sink faucet was outrageous
This project was grossly overpriced. The plumber who did the work was very professional, but I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again because of excessive cost. To install 3 faucets, the quote was $1,100 for labor. I protested, so they came down to $735, but I think that is still too expensive for 3 faucets. Problem was I didn't know cost until he arrived.

They were quick to respond to our request, quick to schedule an appointment and provide an estimate and very quick to get us on the schedule to do the job. The office person who responded to my request was extremely pleasant as was the gas line installer. They were far more reasonable than the other businesses we received a quote from. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we need their services.
