Plumber(Ricky) arrive at scheduled time. Told me what was required to do the job and the cost. He did the swap out of the old faucet in no time. Installed the new one without difficulty. Ricky was a pro at his job and I would highly recommend him and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

price was outrageous for less than an hour of work. he just cut off the old stem & replaced it with a new one and did not put a new fixture on. I had to put it on myself. and he charged me $540 and no detailed invoice for work performed.

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to fix our leaking toilet. The Plumber was there a little over an hour & said he identified the leak problem & put on a new part. He also said some of our other parts were old & corroded & recommended replacing them. By the time he left our bill was $1,000! A few days later we noticed water on the floor again, our toilet was still leaking. We called Ben Franklin & told them we just paid a $1,000 for "repairs" & our toilet was still leaking.
