They showed on time, but pressured my wife into what we feel was an EXCESSIVELY COSTLY repair. I am convinced they were more interested in selling new goods/services than achieving the most economical repair. They do not break out materials vs. labor, but only give a set price... which I find to be suspect. Follow up questions were met with slow, then very rude responses. I would not recommend this firm.

Quick to respond and install my gas line, but the cost was much higher than expected.
Response was very quick. The staff that came out to do the work were very cordial. I would definitely call Benjamin Franklin again for my plumbing needs. The only thing I did not like was that the trench that was dug was not completely filled in and they cut a big hole in the bush to get to the end of the line. But I did like that they put a cut off for us coming from the house.

I interviewed several companies for estimates as I'm new to the area. I worked in the industry decades ago and new what I was looking for. Ben Franklin plumbing was my choice. The staff in the office and the master plumbers that came to the project finished the job, water filtration installation and hot water heater flush, in a timely manner without cutting corners. They actually did more than expected to safeguard my equipment. Two thumbs up!
