Did not actually hire this contractor. Was very thorough and helpful but way over-priced. Found another contractor much more reasonably priced.
Billy was very professional and was able to diagnose and clear the problem right away. He also took a look at a couple of other problems that we have and was able to fix one and give a great recommendation for another. We will be hiring him and the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team in the near future to install a new water heater.
