They called ahead of the appointed time to see if they could come early, which they did. I was only expecting an estimate for work to be done. After discussing the project and providing an estimate for a revised, and reduced, scope of work, I hired them to do the work right then. They were efficient, and did everything we discussed. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Benjamin Franklin were the only plumbers who responded to my request for a water heater replacement in a timely manner. Called me immediately, scheduled a time to come out and inspect damage, on time, professional and thorough. Estimate was fair and covered everything. Appointment was scheduled for Friday, unfortunately special order did not arrive in time. I was called to reschedule the next day, Saturday. excellent response time.Very professional. Could have left the job half done and I would not have suspected a thing. Came back thee next day with a larger auger and worked out in the rain.
I hired them, but they were not able complete the task. HOWEVER, the guy they sent was really wonderful - very nice guy, was very helpful, and showed exactly why the job could not be done. I have since had the entire faucet replaced by MOET!!
