Called for pipe leak repair to be done prior to having sunken floors repaired on my retired parents home. Instead tech wants to replace whole system at $7100. He said repair is doable put chooses to do replace full house in order to protect "HIS" company's insurance policy. I told the office explanation makes no sense. There was some confusion on the day scheduled for sump installation. Pump was installed a day later than originally scheduled. I have used them twice now, and I am satisfied with the workmanship. I was disappointed when they did not show up on the original day at the specified time.
