The serviceman came within the time period he was expected. He, unfortunately, found more problems than anticipated. He took the time to show us where the problems were and gave us several options and fees quotes. We decided to follow his recommendation and the work was promptly done at a reasonable cost.

I received an e-mail at the time the technician was scheduled to appear. they said that you gave them a bad telephone number (I could not get your software to accep my phone number when I went on line to you). The technician, when he did appear at the time rescheduled, was pleasant and effective. In less than 10 minutes he had cleared my problem, including installing a new trap. However, the fee was about $50 more than I expected to pay. So I don't plan to call on these folks again.

He made a mess out of my yard and just said well we are not landscapers. After I complained to U-WIN he agreed to give me some of my money back to try and fix the mess. It took weeks and a number of lame excuses but I stay on him and got my money(not enough to begin to cover the mess mind you). He was always courteous though and my sewer works.
Excellent! Good work very nice guy's and we are hiring them for another project. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. There warranty was beyond other companies out there.
