The repairs were made as requested and customer was satisfied.
Plumber completed the job, and I paid for the service. That same day, I had a problem with the repaird. and called the plumber back. I had to wait several days to get the plumber back to complete the job. Finally had to threaten a stop payment on the check in order to get prompt attention. Once the plumber returned, the work was completed. Workmanship was very good I would recomend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to others, and will call upon them myself when I need further service.
I thought $189 for 30 min work was excessive. Thet sent two people for a one man job. However they were prompt

I love this company-they do great work.
They did not have basic plumbing tools with them in the van. They actually had to borrow mine. although I didn't have the 4" auger that was needed and either did they. I was charged nearly $500 and the drain was still clogged. I did receive a $1000 quote to replace 10 feet of pipe and a $750 quote to change the bathtub faucets.
