Belvoir were brilliant help whilst buying our first home. Throughout the entire process, the team but Gary and Jessica in particular were extremely helpful and responsive. On the whole Belvoir has picked up where Patrick Williams left off and done us a good job at managing our property for us with regard to compliance and getting things fixed for the client. There was some concerns that a leak was not dealt with in the timely fashion one would have hoped but apart from that, mostly good. Paras Parekh was our property manage and was very helpful and attentive when needed.

I would highly recommend Belvoir Tilehurst. All the staff are friendly and responsive. They got plenty of viewings on my flat which sold in under 8 weeks. My move process was long and presented many challenges but we got there in the end. Great job guys

Pretty smooth experience with PW buying our first home. The sales team was responsive, helped us with viewings and effectively negotiated the deal. They have a separate handler post-"sales agreed" who was also very proactive and great in communications, chasing all parties. We were able to complete whole coveyancing process in about 2 months (though because of our rental notice, deal completed in about 4 months). Overall very smooth experience!
