Ed was on time and got my breaker switched out quickly. He was respectful, courteous, even humorous. It was a pleasure having him to the house. He provided me with quotes for updating or replacing my panel and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. He explained financing options and made sure all was running before he left. He also discussed the membership program, what services are offered, and discounts. Great job!!
