Just Don't! Worst management ever I don't usually blast company's online but maybe I can save someone else some grief. Viewed model unit August of 2018. The unit I viewed was very nice and completely updated. I was told the unit that was coming available and was to be mine was the same. It was NOT! I moved in to my unit on 8/31/18. Worst paint job I've ever seen. Peeling, bubbling, drips and overspray everywhere on everything (floors, appliances, etc.). All blinds and screens on windows destroyed. The place to be We just moved here and apparently we moved in the middle of a staff overhaul. As you can imagine things have been quite hectic as is normal when you are going through staff changes, this can make new movers experience challenges they don’t expect. Amazing experience!! Went to look at some options for apartments. Rachel took her time and explained everything thoroughly on all of them even though it was on one our coldest days of the year. She was kind and out of any apartments I had viewed she by far has given me the best experience! Thank you! This is on my top choices for a place to move into!

Cheap apartments not worth your money. Management is horrible. The women in the office are disrespectful and they take there time to respond to messages. It’s infested with bugs, the walls are so thin, it’s overpriced with old appliances. My dishwasher was disgusting. I complained for 3 weeks before they replaced it. They’ll find anything not to give your your deposit back. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here.
Terrible Had mice twice .. and moved out after that... don’t move here

Saved Soo Much $$$$ Living Here!!! First moving to Cedar Rapids I lived in a house that I had to pay rent, water, gas, electric, trash along with cell and entertainment expenses. Cedarwood Rent is Half of what I was paying. Obviously some bills still remain but Heat, Water & Trash All Paid For!!! Goodbye Gas Bills until I buy a house with all the money I’ve saved!! POOR MANAGEMENT - RENTER BE AWARE !!! When I heard the complex was under new management, I was excited, I thought, they will take care of it. Unfortunately not!! Poor Management or Manager. They are not listening or care anymore. Property is going down the hill fast, They are not taking care of it, 1 on call maintenance guy, trees and bushes untrimmed, street lights and outdoor lights burned out. Y Hawkins This property doesn't like to return security deposits in time allotted for by the City of Independence in the state of Missouri. Trying to reach someone at the office is fairly impossible and they do not return phone calls. Getting in may not be a problem but leaving and getting deposit returned for me has been a major issue. As of June 1, 2018 I am still having problems with this company. Long Distance Move I have been back and forth from Alabama a while and finally decided on moving back to Huntsville after spending a few years in DC. Needless to say, it was not an easy process. The staff was friendly and professional. The manager made sure that I was well taken care of. Now that it’s all finished, I look forward to moving into my new apartment with the best deal in town.
