Ridiculous process To hard to get into when you clearly make the money
They do not like too many questions being ask. if you call and have more then 3 questions they will get an attitude with you. They are not informative and every time you ask a question their response is trying to get you to come in for an appointment. They don't want to inform you where the units are that are available. If I am disable certain units will not work and do not want to come in and waste nobody time looking at something that is not disable friendly. it seem like they just getting you in and do not care about your... read more
roaches I’ve been living here for 3 years now. Last summer of 2023 I started to see roaches. No roaches until a new tenant came. I understand that’s not their fault but they still have to do something about it before it gets out of hand. I told them multiple times about this issue and they don’t do anything. My neighbors have trash sitting on her patio. It’s unsanitary and looks disgraceful. I told them about it and no changes. It’s just time for me to go. This place is getting bad.
Amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Tiffany was an amazing help! The tour she gave was so much better than other apartments I’ve been to. She took her time with the tour to make sure I seen what I wanted to. She answered all of my questions. Also, the apartments are beautiful.

Worthless We called to report a major water leak, maintenance came by and looked at it and said I will look more at the problem after my lunch, I was mad and went to the office and they called the police. The police said to me don’t worry about the call and have a nice day. DO NOT rent here. We have only been here for a week!!!!!

Find somewhere better No matter how “enjoyable” it may look it’s not what it seems. It’s not worth the price. The “remodeled” version they are trying to sell is trash. The staff don’t care about anything except getting the rent. I hope nothing breaks because it’s a hassle getting things “fixed” or replaced. They could really care less about anything going on around this complex and to be honest it’s probably only safer due to it being right. Across the way from the police station. Enjoyable Although the buildings are a bit outdated on the outside, the insides are spacious! Maintenance comes within 24-48 hours whenever I've put a request. All the ladies in the office is attentive, calls are always answered, honestly its a great place to live.

Management doesn’t care not worth it One of the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. We where told we would have central air, but my air was out multiple times every week leaving my house at 84 degrees and higher every week. Maintenance came multiple times a week claiming to fix it but it still wouldn’t work after nearly a month of it not working it finally works but because of that my electric bill is over $270 since they couldn’t fix it correct the first time. Please contact the leasing office if you are still having any issue, however we do believe that all issues were fixed and a credit was given. Please take into consideration that at the time you left the review we were just coming off of the 4th of July weekend and to some fireworks can sound like gunfire.
