Super cool Apartment The property manager is wonderful and friendly and welcoming. I love the look of the property and inside the unit big and beautiful I love it and can’t wait to live here.

Bad management Staff is very unprofessional and they will try to get over on you and they have a bedbug and roach infestation
Highly Recommend I was a previous tenant w/ Kensington Apts. for three years and my stay there was superb! Maintenance was always prompt on fixing things when called and Bethany (the leasing manager) was always very nice and helpful. Any issues I had she worked them out with me. Definitely recommend, especially like the new updates they have made to some units.

The absolute worst. Literally the worst place I had ever lived. Once the new management company took over, everything went down hill. Especially when the got the new manager and asst. Manager. And the pictures with furniture, it's all fake. The inside looks absolutely nothing like it. Do not rent here. Only putting one star because I can't out 0.

DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could rate these apartments zero stars then I would. The staff is absolutely terrible, they take forever to get back with you. The air is ALWAYS broken. We went almost a month in this heat without AC. The price is not worth it at all, the “hardwood” tile is always peeling. Everything is a cheap quick fix. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible PLEASE do not ignore the bad reviews as I did. This place is by far one of THE worst in Huntsville. Poor customer service, extremely faulty amenities, and they cannot keep maintenance workers if their lives depended on it. Nothing is ever fixed on time at this place. The office staff lies and makes excuses for everything. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.

Under Complete Renovation! Feels like home. Very quiet and quaint. Love the big pantry & washer & dryer included. Lots of trees and wildlife. Business center/Game Center/pool table a plus. Love the new staff! Very accommodating. Pool, Dog Park, tennis courts, 24/7 fitness center. At Arsenal gate 7 on Martin Rd.
The Best is yet to come! Under Brand New Renovation. Excellent location and well maintained grounds. Game/Business/Coffee center is awesome! Office staff is very accommodating. Love this place!
No AC FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT My air condition always goes out when it gets hot, every year in my apartment. Recently it went out & I have been with out air in 90 degree weather for a week now ..with my infant child running a fever. This is ridiculous.
