Great place to check out! I've been so impressed with the management team at Belmont Hill! They are always helpful, professional, and truly care about the residents. Kayla is just the best!!! She truly exudes excellent customer service. It’s a great location and close to lots of stores, eateries, etc. I also love their amenities, even the fire pit area is nice with the outdoor lighting too. The playground for kids is just enough.
Office staff The staff go out of there way to help and make sure the community looks and everyone is respectful. Great place to live
Belmont Charges After Lease Don't Add Up I have cosigned leases at Belmont both for my daughter and her friend. They are reasonable, as apartments go, about repairs and maintenance, although one of the kids had an air conditioning issue that took some time to fix. That's not super comfortable in the Alabama summer, but I understand that sometimes it's hard to get to everyone with issues like this. Amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Tiffany was an amazing help! The tour she gave was so much better than other apartments I’ve been to. She took her time with the tour to make sure I seen what I wanted to. She answered all of my questions. Also, the apartments are beautiful.

Worthless We called to report a major water leak, maintenance came by and looked at it and said I will look more at the problem after my lunch, I was mad and went to the office and they called the police. The police said to me don’t worry about the call and have a nice day. DO NOT rent here. We have only been here for a week!!!!!

Bad management Staff is very unprofessional and they will try to get over on you and they have a bedbug and roach infestation
DO NOT MOVE HERE If I could rate these apartments zero stars then I would. The staff is absolutely terrible, they take forever to get back with you. The air is ALWAYS broken. We went almost a month in this heat without AC. The price is not worth it at all, the “hardwood” tile is always peeling. Everything is a cheap quick fix. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible PLEASE do not ignore the bad reviews as I did. This place is by far one of THE worst in Huntsville. Poor customer service, extremely faulty amenities, and they cannot keep maintenance workers if their lives depended on it. Nothing is ever fixed on time at this place. The office staff lies and makes excuses for everything. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.
