Bellweather has done all the renovations in our home from building additions (new laundry room, bathroom and outdoor deck) to remodeling bathrooms and bedrooms. Their work is nothing short of perfect and the people are great to work with. We will certainly use them in the future and highly recommend this company if you desire perfection and are not in a hurry.
Bellweather completed a complete attic remodel to turn it from a cold, dark hole into a bright artist's studio/master bedroom. They worked with me to find a way to keep within my budget, and to get the job done well. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with, and if I need a contractor again, I'll go right back to them.

I have used this company over the years for many projects in my 115 YO Center City row house with great satisfaction. Past projects include new kitchen; dining room, office, first floor and bedroom renovations; and brownstone facade & front stoop restoration. Our third major project carried out by Bellweather turned out as well as we could have ever hoped. It involved the removal of walls to open out the ground floor, moving the back wall of the house further back to add square footage to the ground floor, the design and installation of a new kitchen and renovations to what had been the dining room. The project included significant electrical and plumbing work, design work by an architect and coordination with the City to obtain permits and get the work approved.
