Bellweather repaired (sistered) 2 rafters in our attic that were rotted. They also added some trim on our porch roof. They were outstanding to work with from beginning to end. The work is high in quality. They were good at communicating for the most part. I do wish that I would have received daily updates regarding progress. That is my only criticism. Overall, I would not hesitate to hire them again. I wish I would've known about them years ago!

Bellweather Construction, LLC installed about 14 new windows in my family's 100 year old home. They did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently and were very professional. We are really happy how they look and they made a huge difference in the house and our heating bill. I would recommend Bellweather Construction and would definitely use them in the future for any additional windows or construction.

We have had a few projects with Bellweather: they redid our kitchen two years ago (see before/after photos), installed windows and a central AC system, fixed two ceilings, installed our backyard fence (photo) and fixed things here and there. Bellweather did a complete renovation of our house (it came down to studs), and we are thrilled with the work they did. Will, the lead contractor/owner and Joey, the site manager for the project were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, there were no surprises in the budget, and they gave good advice while also clearly respecting our desires and opinions. I hired Bellweather to execute work for a 203k rehab loan. They did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them for any home improvement needs.
Bellweather has completed two projects on our late 1800's Victorian house, an energy efficiency upgrade and a rebuild of our front porch. They are familiar with all the quirks of our old house and do excellent, thorough work. Not only that, they are pleasant to be around, which is important when workers are in and out of your house many times over the course of a project. I trust them to do superior work at a fair price, and I would be happy recommending them to anyone!
