These guys were such a pleasure! Bellweather patiently answered all my questions even before we signed a contract. During the construction phase, communication was excellent and frequent as necessary. The work: superb! Thanks to Bellweather, I have a beautiful kitchen and bathroom; a dream come true!

Bellweather renovated the front parlor of our West Philly victorian, taking down two walls, drywalling the ceiling, replacing knob-and-tube, and tiling a fireplace. On another floor of the house hey also put in some soffits to cover up some ductwork. The work was performed extremely well, efficiently and cleaning, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

My husband and I hired Bellweather to renovate our newly purchased house. The project included installing all new windows, a new furnace, a gut renovation of the kitchen and two bathrooms, as well adding a new full bathroom and new half bath. After a particularly dismal energy audit, Bellweather Construction did a stellar job in helping to make some much needed insulation improvements in my house including basement insulation, capping exterior windows, air sealing, and switching my heating system from a greasy, smelly, EXPENSIVE oil boiler to a new, highly energy efficient and sleek natural gas boiler. Getz Hardwood worked with the Bellweather team on a fairly large project and found the company to be well managed by Will and we were happy to provide great customer service working with them.
Bellweather recently completed our basement remodel and Endless pool installation. The project included a new bathroom, new basement stairs, subflooring, storage closets, utility room, electrical panel, as well as coordinating with the Endless Pools installation crew for the pool installation piece. The prices may seem high at outset, but their work is impeccable and worth every penny. If you want the best, go with Will, Joe and crew at Bellweather Construction.

Bellweather Construction made energy efficient improvements qualified under the Keystone HELP loan including: blown-in insulation in the attic, custom weatherstripping on the front entry door, six new Energy Star windows installed throughout the house.
