Angela= Great color & cut. – I cut my normaly long hair into a bob and dyed dark brown and I hate it..... I knew I needed to splurge on a quality stylist from a quality salon.Base on City search results I booked an appointment with ANGELA at phoenix salon & spa, she did a great job with my already short hair. Best Salon in the City – I love going to Phoenix salon and spa because the service is just amazing. Everyone that I have ever met with has been so helpful. They really go out of their way to make their clients happy. My favorite stylist is Sherry, not only does she always give me a perfect hair cut and style, she is also very nice. Love Love Love this place....
Sherry and Ali are the best – Sherry is gifted at cutting hair. She did a GREAT job with my fine limp short hair and has continued to work with me. It now has volume and looks beautifully cut. It takes minimal styling and care. She has the best attitude of any stylist I have ever worked with. She really wants her client to be happy. Ali does a great facial, leg, underarm, brow wax. Great Haircut – I just got a great haircut from Sherry. So happy she is there.
Best Salon/ Spa in Philadelphia – I had a GREAT haircut from Sherry. I also recevied a wonderful massage from Dion. I can't wait to go back!

Better choices available. – 1. Staff is rude. 2. You have to pray they don't assign you to the someone who doesn't know what the hell they're doing. 3. Overpriced when you look at the level of service and lack of expertise.

If we had, we would have done whatever we could to rectify the situation. One unhappy client is too many! The Phoenix is Lucky to Have Sherry! – I have been going to see Sherry for my hair- both highlights and cutting- for many years. She just moved to the Phoenix from her other hair salon and I hope the owners there realize how lucky they are that they have Sherry. She is so talented and so nice and I was nervous to make the switch but am so neurotic and selfish about my hair, I wasn't willing to take a risk and try someone new. What a great day – I had a wonderful experience after a short stay in there lobby, Where I was asked if I wanted coffee or tea. Then I was swooped in to the back to be pampered with all my scheduled treatments. I loved the service and the girls. Just make sure to book your appointments in advance so you can enjoy yourself. I preffered the spa treatment but the manicure area seams to always be busy. love this place but bring your check book.
