Awful experience. If your a plus size women do not go here your made to feel awful. And when i say plus size. Id say anything from a size uk 16 + They will try and squeeze you in a dress that isnt your size or just hold it up the front of you and pin it to you and then blame it on the small sizings of the dresses. They focused more on my friend who was a womens size uk 10 as they catered for her size. I am so glad I walked into this shop and managed to walk out with a dress I like. I have been to 3 different places and didn't like anything. I am confident that Claire's expertise will guide you in the right direction to find your perfect match. She was extremely friendly and attentive compared to other ladies I have tried. After a blip I had with the dress I had chosen previously and the big day in a few months, the amazing ladies at Bellamore managed to get me in ASAP to find another dress! The ladies were so accommodating, friendly and understanding - and with their guidance and expertise I found the ONE! Thankyou so so much! X
I had such an amazing experience at my appointment yesterday. Booked the suite and didn't know what to expect as it was my first bridal shop experience. The ladies looked after me and my bridal party extremely well, made me feel so comfortable and I loved every second I had in there.
