PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!!!! This has got to be the WORST Ford dealership in the state of Arizona! Their employees have the mentality of 5 year old children. When a manager comes outside and tells a customer that she is not the only person in the world, you have problems. Buyer beware – This is probably the only website that I have seen where all of the reviews are good. Obviously they write their own reviews. My experience with Bell Ford is that they are rude, unprofessional, and unethical. They call you names if you challenge their negotation tactics. The smarter the shopper, the more they dislike you. I came to Bell Ford just to see what was available for Sale..... Met Dean Schmitt- Great Salesman. Took Truck out for test drive - went to another dealer - came back to buy Here!!! Got to meet George James. Went out of his way - just as Dean had. Great Staff! :)
Recommend – Ford Rules just like Girls! Scott was great- we emailed and spoke, various times. He was persisesnt but not overly aggressive. Looked at a couple of other dealerships and brands of vehicles but guess what! Bell won!
Will be back! – I came just attempting to test drive the fusion. While I was here, I received some of the best customer service I have ever received from Dean. Dean was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and not only will I be referring my friends and family, but I will be back myself.
We are glad to be back wtih Ford – Our time with Vince was enjoyable and fruitfull. We had lots of laugh and Vince was totally professional. We are glad to be back with Ford.
Easy experience – Buying a car from Scott was an easy experience. Every thing was all lined out for me and easy to understand.
