The buying the car thing was good, no drama. Frank Vargas was persistent over the past 4 weeks but not pesty and Joe Corrella followed up to verify that everything was ok while I shopped other dealers in town. I would buy again from Bell Ford because there were no surprises and the prices was good & business was transacted professionally.

Salesman was very helped and worked to get us the best deal on a 2012 FX4. Was very knowledgeable about product. It was a very hot and humid day and made multiple trips in and out of the dealership. I would recommend Steve Poels to anyone that wants a great salesman at Ford.

James White was our sales associate. He greeted us as we arrived on the lot. He was friendly without being over-bearing. He listened to our interests and di not try to redirect us to any other vehicles. He was patient as we test drove three different vehicles. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly and professional. he is the type of individual we will work with for any future car needs. He is an exceptional sales associate.

We came from Florence to buy from Bel Ford. We were greeted by Cassandra who ended up selling a Ford Transit. She showed us just how friendly and courteous a salesman (saleswoman) could be. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in a new Ford product. He never showed any "pushyness" that is so prevalent in many sales people. Thank You Cassandra
