Frank was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding an affordable vehicle to meet my needs and requirements. After some looking around the lot I was glad that the Focus he showed me surpassed all the requirements I had with a new vehicle. Excellent service from him and the rest of the team there to make me feel very comfortable, and I am set on purchasing my new car from him very soon.
Don't take your vehicle in for service here! If you have the choice to use this dealership's service or have your tonsils removed through the rear choose the later. To sum it up here are the key words: deceptive, overpriced and rude. Mike Perreault is the name of the advisor and Steve something was the name of the service "manager" who was seated in an office with a totally different name on it. I came in looking for a vehicle, not sure which one just browsing, and the staff there were great. They helped me based on my needs - not their commission - and the overall process, from shopping to financing to getting the car all ready for pickup, was so easy.

The experience I had at Bell Ford was amazing. Travis Smith did a great job from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable and polite. I also had a great experience in finance with Joe Corella, he followed up with me to make sure I had the best interest rate possible. I was in and out of there before I knew it. I am very pleased overall and cant wait to tell my friends and family about Bell Ford. I will be in soon to trade in my wife's Fusion as well and will make sure to ask for Travis and Joe.
