Knowledgeable, and professional – I really had no expectations as I came to Bell Ford to look for a new vehicle. we were greeted promptly, in a friendly manner, and never once felt presured or rushedin my decision making. James White was our sales associate – He greeted us as we arrived on the lot. He was friendly without being over-bearing. He listened to our interests and di not try to redirect us to any other vehicles. He was patient as we test drove three different vehicles. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly and professional. he is the type of individual we will work with for any future car needs. He is an exceptional sales associate.

Non- Pushy – After several weeks of looking for a Ford Edge, my wife and I found a used "limited: at Bell Ford. We were greeted by Marc Magana with a big smile and handshake. Marc was professional yet non-pushy--a nice change of pace from other dealers. I will suggest Bell Ford and Marc to others looking for Ford products.

The time they took to help was A+ in Customer Serv. – Today we came in to the Phoenix area looking for a good deal on a 3rd vehicle. Well here at Bell Ford, they took excellent care of us and we found a great deal in a car.
