Good people who don't fit the "car salesman" profile. I stated what I needed and no BS involved, they can either do it or not (they did). Icing on the cake was they didn't even entertain Ford credit rate for my loan and took the initiative to find me a rate 5% lower and never even brought it up until I starting probing. In the last several months I have needed some service on both of my Ford vehicles, oil changes, inspections, parts replacement etc. Each time my service advisor took time to listen to what was needed, and took care of the service in a timely manner. With my 2011 F150 I even spoke with the mechanic and service advisor together. They listened as I explained the problem, and the vehicle was fixed right the first time. Great trade allowance and excellent price on new vehicle which was a 60k truck
I was extremely hesitant about trading in my Saturn LS2, and I was uncertain that I'd find either an acceptable replacement or a price that I could afford to pay. Worst experience ever with dealership. Gave them many opportunities to make right the issues that we had with the car that they damaged during their incompetence. When the poor repairs were pointed out, I was told that I had to live with it. Since I brought this up, they have since refused to service the car that we purchased from them. I was a true blue Ford fan before all of this, but Bell Ford has successfully managed to turn me away from all Ford products. They were able to find just the car I wanted when it finally came time for me to buy and worked to get me a decent price for my trade in. I look forward to working with them throughout the life of my Escape and I would recommend them.
