I work hybrid and don't drive to often in the **************. My commute is 40 miles each way when I do go into the office. With temperatures rising, I thought it would be a good idea to have the coolant flushed as was suggested in an earlier service. About 2.5 weeks later the overheating light goes on. They over charged me: they put new breaks, and replace the battery on my Lexus GX460 2018, with out including routine service ( tire rotation and oil change and without the price of the parts) they charge for 2 hours labor $985.25( their hourly rate for labor, I was told by the person who took care of the vehicle is $175) my total bill (including labor, parts, tires rotation and oil change) was $1585.00. I felt they over charged me and possibly doing that to other customers. zero star.
Bait and switch on pricing.....very unethical! I have repeatedly requested to speak with and meet with the General Manager and to this day I have not been provided the courtesy. Original MSRP was $40,220, marked up to $49,008 (all while being a DEMO vehicle and they were not willing to sell). Today they decided to move the price to $70,836. Talk about greedy!
These people are nothing but liars. I was lied to about the tire and service maintenance. When I got home I realized the individual who sold it to me lied so I went back because they told me it was fully refundable. I filled out the refund paperwork. It was conveniently lost. Took over four months and many phone calls and emails to finally get my money back. They force you to purchase their Ultra Guard (its part of the purchase price). I have purchased several vehicles from Bell Ford and have used their service department for all warranty repairs (I have my own mechanic for non-warrantied repair) I have found them to be courteous and professional. The repairs have been performed timely. I recommend this dealership.
Got a letter from Bell Ford offering a free We received a letter offering a quick 20 minute no hassle appraisal on our 2014 escape. met by a sales person as soon as we parked, showed him letter and his response was,"that just pretains to if you buy a new vehicle". which the letter clearly does not state that. Scammers....The finance manager and his buddy Josh. They tried to steal my business from Honda by offering the same deal. After spending over 4 hours in the dealership I drove home with a car. I decided to add some services so I contacted him and told him I would be there after work. When I got to the dealership they took the car back and got all nasty saying if I didnt give them 3k down payment I could take my old car back, I was totally confused and caught off guard. Worst expiriens ever when I bought a car. Sells person said he could do it for 12K or less, the manager said he could do it for 14,147.37, finance guy send me home with sale contract (he distracted me and didn't let me to look at the paper) with total price 19,119.80
By far the worst customer service I have received in any industry. I have never officially wrote a complaint about anything and I like to think I have a high tolerance bar. However, the level of customer service was abysmal and other potential customers need to be aware. If you have a Ford, or any other model for that matter, and you want to drive it within the same year you dropped it off at, don't go to Bell Ford. I left a message with the same service adviser (Joe) for 6 days straight calling three maybe four times a day.... read more
