This is the 4th time I have used Lisa Taylor in the Falkirk branch and would highly recommend. Her service levels are first class and she really cares about her clients and understands their requirements.

Fergus Bell is in total denial of client's requirements. He accused me, via email, of being "rude" when I asked for explanations in relation to our mum's estate. Useless and incompetent firm of solicitors. He had a nerve to make a very brief question which I asked him in April this year into a 20 meeting and had an even bigger nerve to charge us for it.
