Tried using them to purchase our house. Estate agents told us our bids werent put in. Called the solicitor and asked him to put a bid in on a house. He said he was busy but would do it before 11am which was the closing time for bids. He said he would call me back once it was done. Estate agent never got our bid, and I've never received the call back from the lawyer.
This is the 4th time I have used Lisa Taylor in the Falkirk branch and would highly recommend. Her service levels are first class and she really cares about her clients and understands their requirements.
