My house is a listed 120 year old brick and slate terrace house and I had several leaks in the roof. Robert and Delta Roofing NI repaired not only these but did a thorough inspection of not only the roof, chimney, guttering - but everything to ensure my house was watertight and all was good. Did my next door neighbour’s roof in Easton and damaged the roof and render. Left lumps of render all over the roof and holes in the wall that are now letting in water and causing damp problems when I had none before. Called them multiple times to fix. Initially they quote £5k. They then reneged and agreed to fix up the damage they’ve done. I’ve been chasing George and his team for four months now, to no avail. Really disappointing.
Useless is an understatement. Totally unreliable, untrustworthy and unprofessional. Arranged two appointments for a quote, missed both of them. On first one I called and the guy was clueless that there was one that day despite himself arranging it day or two before, on second one, I send a text confirming the address and time, comes the day, once again disappears into the ether.
