The service was as usual top notch - thorough, caring and professional. Alison always makes me laugh because I don't think she is a full shilling!

Call at 8:15. Only get to speak to somebody at 8:30 after being on hold and 2nd in the queue.. no appointments full..how.. Next bookable appointment monday.. And then we wonder why people are becoming more poorly.. Its a joke and maybe change to a morning and afternoon appointment.. I.e call back after 12 for afternoon appointments.. What a joke.. Also never had a doctor since I joined this place.. always see somebody different.. avoid.. avoid.. avoid
