Disappointing. Bought a voucher for 30 minute massage. Upon attending, whilst staff were friendly, the massage lasted 15 minutes and was rushed. There was nothing relaxing about it as it was so noisy there too. Wished I’d looked at the poor reviews beforehand.

I have tried to book couple of appointments with Bee Beautiful, I was gifted a voucher and wanted to book an appointment via social media as I've had questions and prefer to speak to a human, however both times I have been fobbed off to their booking system, which wasn't a problem, I've had couple of questions about several treatments and whoever I have spoken to didn't seem interested and appeared quite blunt and rude, I've told my partner to ask for a refund for the voucher as I'd rather take the money elsewhere rather tha... read more
