I wanted to give my wife and I's story. When we bought our bed, we just decided to stop in because one of my friends had a bed that was made here. After an afternoon of Beducation, we decided to purchase. The bed is amazing. When we go on vacation, we get home and one of the first things is "I missed our bed". Before I walked into BBD, I woke up every morning with a migraine starting from my neck. They were so helpful and recommended their OmniPillow. It is the best pillow I've ever had, no more neck pain! And best sleep ever! Thank you for my life back!
We got our first Beds by Design bed around 8 years ago and even though our bed needs have changed, they have given us excellent customer service every step of the way. It is a testament that they value each and every customer. I would encourage you to check them out because I have been and will be a life long customer because they are just that good.
We bought our queen sized mattress and two pillows in June. Both my husband and I have issues with our backs and this mattress has helped a lot. Even my arthritic knee feels better most mornings! We both feel more rested when we wake up and I'm waking up a lot less during the night. Paul helped us with the purchase and did a great job explaining things. The delivery duo were friendly, courteous, helpful, and prompt (early in fact!). I thank Beds by Design for a quality product and recommend them highly!
