Love the pillows. Slept on the bed with my boyfriend and it was amazing. He is normally sweaty, but stayed temperature controlled with this mattress.
The Beds from Beds By Design are far superior to any other bed out there. I run hot when I sleep and have not gotten sweaty since sleeping in my bed and it has helped with my back pain that I wake up with at times. The Omni Pillow is the best pillow out there a game changer for sure you will not regret investing in these beds and pillows.
I used to swear by this company, but customer service for an online order is awful. The bed took 3 weeks to get here and I paid for a box spring they won’t send me or refund me for. Only use them if you can pick up local.
So far I wouldn’t recommend. My husband and I ordered a frame and mattress over 3 weeks ago. We were told they would call to schedule between 3-4 weeks. At 3 weeks I call them, as we haven’t heard anything, and they had previously said they would “touch base” a couple weeks after purchase. I call on a Thursday, no one has any idea when it will be they say they will call back. Friday, no call back, I call again asking when it will be in, again they will “call me back”. We love our bed!! My husband and I have not once regretted investing in our custom mattress. We've had it for over 10 years and recently had it upgraded with no hassles. Easy process for us and very friendly staff!
We had ordered a bed before Thanksgiving. Three weeks later we still did not have a bed and were given multiple excuses as to why it still was not made. The last time they didn't call us until 2 hours before we were scheduled to pick it up saying it still was not built despite my husband calling them to confirm it was ready the day before. They could not give us a date that we would get a bed.
We have been working with Paul for some time now since we bought our 1st king mattress, We have done a couple of upgrades so far it we have been extremely pleased with the customer service and the resolve that these guys have. And yesterday we just placed an order for my son to get a full size mattress for his new bunk bed that he is getting.
