We purchases our king size bed from Beds by Design a little over a month ago. Paul was amazing to work with during the purchase and the guys who delivered our bed were professional and efficient. After sleeping on our new bed for over a month I need to sing it's praises! Prior to sleeping on this bed I suffered hip and back pain. Worst experience that I have ever had with an organization. They don't stand behind their manufacturing and it is all done in house? The customer service may be ok when they take your money, but after that it is a disaster. They went so far to curse at my wife in front of my children in my own home upon our complaint with their product. A manager did not have the decency to apologize for his actions. Late delivery, poor workmanship, even worse management staff. Save yourself the time and frustration with this company.
The best bed and customer service ever! When they say no hassle warranty it is true. We will never own any other bed.
I can't believe this company is still operating. Customer Service for this business is terrible.The owner of this business does not like to be bothered by his staff under any circumstances while he is on vacation. A bed that was purchased look liked it was used . Nothing matched up or even set up right. The employees of this company are very disrespectful.Still waiting for this company to get me a new and complete bed. They had no problem taking my money.
