We got our king size bed from here and I am confident saying that I will never buy a mattress from anyone else. We LOVE our bed and we LOVE our omni pillows. The bad part? Now we hate every single other bad we sleep on. Their customer experience is outstanding and their customer service is incredible. Their upgrade program is wonderful and they really take care of their customers. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY.
I bought a queen through them about 4months ago because the associate informed me if I wanted to upgrade to a king they would only make me pay the difference between the queen and king mattress for a trade in. I called do to so and they said they only do that for the same size mattress; not a bigger size and can't do anything since that employee doesn't work there anymore. We have had a Beds by Design mattress for 4 years now. It is the absolute best mattress we have ever had. We enjoy it so much we recently changed our camper mattress to a Beds by Design. Highly recommended and knowledgeable.
Went in to check out their advertised specials and was immediately told by the salesman how cheap and uncomfortable those specials were. Wow, why sell something that is apparently such crap? Terrible customer service. Will gladly take our business to a real furniture store.
