I went in looking for a new mattress and had a pretty average experience overall. The showroom was decent and it was nice to see some of the options they have available, but I felt a little overwhelmed by the process of trying to pick out what I actually needed. The staff were friendly enough, but I felt like I was being pushed toward certain models rather than being given the time to really test things out on my own terms. Great beds! Worth every penny
Eric was fantastic in helping us find the perfect mattress. He explained the differences and had us test multiple mattresses. I would recommend Beds by Design to anyone.
If you are looking for a good memory foam pillow get one here bbd very comfortable and they will add or take away foam anytime for the life of the pillow to customize it to you
