Very Poor Quality! We purchased a bed from here and spent $1500+ est. on what they call a "basic" bed... and do NOT like it. "an understatement" Within the first two months it started forming a crater in the center about 1" on each side... We had to take it back three times and didn't get fixed. Waste of money and still isn't comfortable. One of the worst beds we have ever EVER owned. Expect MANY sleepless nights! That's the quality we received.
The Mattress I got from Beds By Design is wonderful! And the Omni Pillow is fantastic! I definitely recommend Beds By Design to everyone!
This business’ communication is beyond frustrating. No one on the same page with ANYTHING! Also, they don’t mention that if your bed is under 1” depression, it’s not “covered” if you want it fixed. So, over $200 later without initial warning, we’ll see if it’s fixed. They also tried to sell is a $300 “mattress pad” that would solve the problem. The people there are awesome! I went in looking for a new mattress and wanted to make sure I got the right one. They showed me all the different options that they had and I can change the feel anytime. I also got the Omni pillows and they are incredible! Never had this type of sleep before and now I don’t even want to get out of bed. Would highly recommend anyone even thinking of a new bed to stop in and check them out!
I will never look for another place to buy a matress I bought one from here and I am very happy. the Omni pillow is the best ever!
