I've rated this as '1' after poor after-service. I have to say I find it interesting that Beds by Design ask for ratings, but then some recent low number scores appear to have vanished leaving only good ones. Shame.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Wonderful customer service and products. We love our mattress so we bought our daughter's first bed there too! And the delivery guys were super nice!
we bought our bed about three years ago, went this spring and they redid the top of the bed to our satisfaction!!! We came back to buy pillows for our camper as we couldn't imagine sleeping with any other!!! The bed is the best ever!!!!!
