My son was bitten a few times by an unidentifiable bug, and as we weren’t sure which, Jake came round to confirm it wasn’t by bed bugs. He was professional and courteous and took the time to check everything thoroughly. He reassured me there was no sign of anything bed bug related and educated me on what to look for if there was. Phew, and thanks for your service Jake.

Did a mediocre job and left us suffering for months on end as a result. I can’t give you a 0 and so I give you a 1. Do not recommend in the slightest. Not only was it a mediocre job, he did not have the integrity to honour his 6 months guarantee. May you have the day you deserve.

You’ll be ignored. I got in touch and followed up several times and no one responded. I’d expect them to be more responsive considering the mental state we’re in when getting in touch!

Unfortunately treatment hasn’t worked. First treatment done 2 months ago and continued getting bites. Jake returned after a month just to treat my room (hence 3 stars) and the bites still persist. He insisted there aren’t any and that it could be something else but we’ve dealt with them long enough.
