Inspired by his travels across Italy, Joe Bastianich opened Becco with his mom Lidia to much fanfare. The word Becco comes from the Italian verb beccare, meaning "to nibble." A great addition to Broadway's dining alternatives, the lovely restaurant is a popular pit stop for theater-goers. Went on Easter. Seated upstairs for the first time. Actually on a holiday less chaotic. Pasta as always delicious. Always like my time at Beccos but prefer off holiday. Somewhat touristy for this New Yorker.

I have been to Becco many times. I have never been disappointed. Great food, great service. It's especially wonderful when you go with great friends!
Such an enjoyable meal! They were very attentive and the food was outstanding.
The restaurant is cute even though like most New York restaurants it is tight. Other than the fact that the arancini completely lacked any seasoning and actually tasted like paste the food was good. The server was friendly and I appreciate the $29 wine bottle options. For the price I think it's a good option.
Osso Bucco!!!!! The best spaghetti with tomato and basil sauce anywhere.
Pre theater lunch was delicious, service very good and had lovely wine from Lidias vineyard who could ask for more and my son treated!!

Great for Pretheather dinner. Food was good, service attentive, ambience good. They were aware of timing for theater. Moderate price. Great wine values and selections
