I purchased a Seiko watch from Metro centre Beaverbrooks last week and I would just like to say how impressed and pleased I was with the service, in particular Rob the advisor who served me was most professional and his product knowledge was second to none, highly recommended.

Have to say the customer service at beaverbrooks is above and beyond online and in store I couldn't be happier with all the help me and my fiancé got, especially from selina at the metro centre store the friendliest most helpful lady you could ever meet, absolutely over the moon with the service from beaverbrooks would definitely highly recommend anyone to go with them.

Went to get my husbands watch resized, the guy on the Tag counter was friendly, and really helpful, didn't take him long. He was very professional. Also got another watch while there. Robbie couldn't have been anymore helpful.. really professional and great at what he does. Very friendly I can't fault the service given . Thank you

Can't rate the staff high enough. Several weeks ago I bought my Tudor Pelagos 39 and Daniel was so helpful and patient while I made my mind up that this was the watch for me. Daniel was very curious and kept the coffee coming for my wife and myself while I decided. On Sunday I took my wife back to the shop for a suprise purchase for a TAG Heuer Aquaracer.
