Had recent treatments where service was excellent, but your patient portal and other online features such as bill paying is not user friendly. Needs work!
I WOULD HIGHLEY RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT CANT AFFORD HOSPITAL BILLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY IS THIS PLACE A JOKE AS FAR AS MEDICAL CATRE GOES....I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE WHEN I TURNED 18 AND NOW THE HOSPITALS PHYSICIANS FROM THE E.R ARE SUING ME FOR EVERYTHING I HAVE. Yeah....THE DOCTORS, IM 24 AND LIVE ON MY OWN BUT THE DOCTORS NEED TO SUE ME, HOPE THEYRE LIVING IT UP SUING ANYONE THEY CAN.
I went to the ER at 4am this morning with severe sharp pain in my lower right side. Upon arrival, the nurses were beyond sweet and accommodating. After a few tests, appendicitis was confirmed, and knowing my fears about anesthesia and surgery, the surgeon not only spoke to me like family, but also made me feel very comforted. Every�single�nurse�there� through the course of my entire day (and let me tell ya it was quite a long day) that took care of me really, truly, and honestly made me feel like I was in great hands.
