Urgent care and ER have the worst turn around ever. I've never been to a slower pace in my life. also, my mother went in there with an infection she caught while on chemo and never came home. I do feel it was from the poor care she received from there the last week of her life. And she had DNR written all over her charts just to have the idiot Dr bring her back from a code and then lie to us telling us she told her she wanted too be brought back. I wouldn't refer this hospital to anyone.
every time I come here and get seen, I'm treated terribly. I'm so tired of these doctors here acting like I'm making stuff up. I came in 4 years ago probably 5 times in 6 months because couldn't stand up straight or walk or feel my legs. Was told it's because you're overweight (I am slightly but I can tell the difference between I'm fat and my back hurts, and I can stand or walk or feel my legs), or that I had a herniated disc. My left leg was numb and I could not move it. I literally collapsed when I tried to walk at home, so I went to the ER. At said ER, after waiting for 4 hours where they did 0 for pain and no further testing, they determined I had Radiculopathy. My muscles all over my body have been weakening. They gave me a walker to try to move around with, and since I could hobble a few inches propped on my arms, I was "ambulatory" and would be "fine at home" since there was, and I am quoting directly... I have had numerous treatments & surgeries here over the years and have never had a major issue...in May, I had shoulder surgery by the Orthopedic Clinic affiliated with BDCH and have been going through therapy since. I HAVE to say, Andrea has been absolutely wonderful to work with on my shoulder therapy!! I had a follow-up with the surgeon's assistant, and he spoke of what was all done, but used medical terminology. I like doctor braudin that’s it ...every other part of this hospital I can’t stand
Physical Therapy receptionist was the rudest person . She has zero knowledge about my personal case and was totally out of place with the way she spoke to me. Just called my Dr and had my PT orders sent to Sun Prairie. Totally unacceptable!
Er and urgent care staff are rude and condescending. Billing and financial assistance employees lied to me repeatedly.
well when you get hit by a man then go there and get a man nurse and ask for a girl and is told no , what the hell , or are told you are lying about being hurt then get a ct scan and prove them wrong and nothing is done wrong very wrong
