Had a bad experience with this lady, Wanted to book in some treatments, I had two appointments with her overall. First appointment was OK, second one I was booked in for arm & leg wax & she was being really rough with me, didn't ask if i was ok during the service, or if the wax was an ok temperature, just rushing to get me finished, felt really horrible if I'm honest, Also she started small talk, stating she's been drinking all weekend, strange, ( I didn't ask?) & there's no need in telling a new client this, super unprofess... read more

I’ve been going to Janet for a while now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly professional, meticulous, and makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. Her space is always spotless and welcoming, and she has such a calming energy that instantly puts you at ease. I’ve been to a few waxing salons before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Jan is incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The results are always flawless with minimal discomfort. The space is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
