This was my first experience with Carmen , as someone who is usually anxious doing treatments for myself I cannot recommend her enough. I’ve been going to Carmen for years and would not go anywhere else! She makes everything as pain free as possible, and goes over and above in customer service. She cares about the products she uses and making sure her customers are completely happy. You are absolutely second to none! Could not recommend more.

Carmen is simply and honestly the best therapist there is in Manchester by a long shot. I have been coming to see Carmen mainly for Hollywood waxing (but also for pedicure, etc.) for some time now. She's THE most skilled, professional and beautiful, friendly person there is.
