What an amazing company I bought all of my beauty machines from them and had great service and such a reasonable cost, recently after 5 years something went wrong with one of my machines - not expecting anything, I called the company and paul said come down he will replace the part but ended up swapping it for a newer refurbished machine. You just don’t get service like that anywhere else! Fantastic customer service from paul at pjs. My treatment bed needed a new part and my original supplier are not trading anymore. Communication was super quick and arranging a replacement part shipped from China was not only quick but less stressful than I anticipated. Would highly recommend
