I honestly can’t recommend Paul at PJS Direct enough. He genuinely goes above and beyond every single time I order. He even sent me a video, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and as soon as the estimated delivery time became available, he sent that straight over too. The communication is outstanding and you really feel looked after as a customer. I’ve ordered a few times now and the service is consistently excellent. Bought an electric treatment table and chairs, company were super helpful, went out of their way to provide a video of several tables to allow comparison. Delivery was quick and I was informed of the time slot with updated in the day as well. The products are very good quality and priced competitively. Highly recommend.
