I’ve been going to this hair shop for years and never encountered any issues. I have always found the staff pleasant - one time I was even able to exchange a £15.99 item without a receipt.

The products are good but there is a massive racial bias. It took years as a customer for me to no longer be followed by staff and even now I receive the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. I always thought that the owner just wasn’t that friendly of a person until I went in with my white friend. It was her first time purchasing from there and the customer service she received? Amazing.
