Attended a thai chi session at sunrise at Barry beach ran by Miranda at Beautifully Balanced. It was lovely! My first time doing Thai Chi. I really enjoyed it and found the whole experience really enriching. I liked the aura cleanse too and dancing on the beach at the end! Met some lovely people who I hope to see again. Highly recommend.
A wonderful evening with Miranda in May this year at an open air event - cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, tai chi and meditation by the sea. Each element explained and conducted informally but very professionally as Miranda ensured everyone taking part was comfortable and cared for. I would have no problem recommending her services.
Really nice experience, miranda is great at making you feel special and the class is so relaxed and welcoming, would highly recommend this session left feeling calm and happy can't wait until the next one
I really enjoyed my dance on the cliff and tai chi experience with Beautifully Balanced. It was very calming and freeing and lovely to meet other people too. Highly recommend it as something slightly different and very rewarding to do!
