Misleading and false advertising! Emailed my wife a promotional rate of $69 per night but when we called they would not give her the rate because the last several stays my wife brought the kids and did not gamble. If the rate was only good for those that gamble every time they shouldn’t have sent my wife the promotion. Well we will never spend money with Beau Rivage or any of its affiliates ever again!

The hotel, rooms, gambling, and unlike some other casinos here they have waitresses on the floor, and location are great. I would of given them a 5 but that snack bar was horrible. Came in late at night so we grabbed a quick bite. When you order a pizza, its done in 90 seconds. Seems impossible but the whole crust was burnt. $9 for a French dip that you could hardly find the meat. Love everything else. Always having to show your key is a pain to get to your room.
Love this place! Everything about it! Service and hospitality 5 Star.

Had out of state family in for the weekend and we went to watch the Superbowl. Best time ever. Our server and everyone else working were great. Drinks, food and fun. Family has already said they want to come back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making our night so much fun...
