Really enjoyed the dining experience but there is not designated smoking area so we encountered people smoking to and from the restaurants

The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the restaurants that we visited. My number one complaint is with the Spa. My husband and I booked a couples massage about one week prior to our arrival. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment. We were taken to separate areas to receive our robes, slippers and change. I was told by the attendant to change put my things in the locker and someone would come and get me. I was never offered anything to drink. I was never told about the facilities. Great place to vacation
I had a good stay a lovely room with a full blown ocean view, the bed for me was very comfortable I slept good and the staff treated me well. Cheerful reception! Courteous staff! Nice Boutiques for Shopping! When people treat me well I have to speak up. It’s a very nice Hotel.

Terrible service and attitude by waitress( both of them) in the eight 75 bar/ lounge. waitress wouldn’t serve us because it wasn’t her area and rolled her eyes at us.

They never stand behind there offers I get free room offers all the time but when you call to book one they don’t have any but wait we have rooms we will give you at a reduced rate of 99.00 a night does that make any sense they have no rooms free for members but if you pay they will find you a room that is a little stupid on there part I guess my money will be spent elsewhere
