Went to see Frankie Beverly and Maze.. I’ve been to Hard Rock and the IP for concerts but the Beau beats them both... I loved the seating even the back rows felt close to the stage...

My husband and I were guests this past saturday at your hotel room 24080. I'm writing to let you all know how disappointed we are with the accomdations we had. As a result of dirty bed linens we were unfairly compensated . We were given as compensation $94 off of our room bill which included room service for 1 order of chicken wings . So really maybe $60 off of our $256 room which we paid for in advance some time ago. We only spent 1 night at your hotel. This isn't sitting well with me . The hotel is beautiful! Everyone that works here has a wonderful attitude towards the guest from my experience. The restaurants are exceptional. The spa is a wonderful way to spend the day. Thank you for keeping this property in top shape!!

Love this place! Had a great weekend with my sister and brother-in-law. The restaurants are all very good, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very nice, clean, and the bed is comfy.

We had a pleasant stay and the room was wonderful. Never having been there before I didn’t ask for a specific floor or room. Our room was the last room in the corner away from the elevators and by the stair well. Avenue view. In the middle of the night about 2 AM there was boom box music that shook the windows on the 9th floor. Other than that it was a great overnight stay.
I was there for a concert, not to gamble. The theater is a great venue for a concert. The restaurants were nice, though higher prices than I expected for a casino that makes such an enormous amount of profit from gambling. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was very clean. My only real complaint was with trying to get from the parking garage to the casino. My friend and I waited at the 3rd floor elevator bank for 15 minutes trying to board an elevator going down so we could enter the casino. Why not... read more
